My Bio

Civil engineer by day, real estate investor by night. I’m doing whatever it takes to break through from the mediocrity of a “normal” life and advance to something great. As a Marine Corps veteran, I have the discipline and work ethic needed to excel in any field, and as a Professional Civil Engineer with degrees from UCLA and Stanford, I have the technical knowledge and skills needed to excel in real estate investing.

In just two years, I’ve scaled from owning one unit to owning 13 units, leveraging my own personal resources. After gaining invaluable experience investing first-hand, undergoing executive-level coaching, and taking courses from the likes of Bob Snyder, Grant Cardone, and Brandon Turner, I am prepared to scale my portfolio through multifamily deals (apartments). To do so, I am looking for partners who have the capital, but not the time, to invest in multifamily real estate deals. I want to help YOU achieve truly passive income through real estate without all the headaches that come along with owning property, and without the tax burden of other investment strategies. My main target is apartment buildings of 8 or more units in Northeast and Southeast Wisconsin, where cash flow is strong, and population is stable.
