My Story
My story and why I invest in real estate
As a Marine Corps Veteran and a Professional Civil Engineer with degrees from UCLA and Stanford, I've built a rewarding career on discipline and technical expertise. While continuing to foster this career, the isolated days of COVID launched me into a subsequent mission: to achieve true freedom and impact beyond a conventional job. I jumped into the world of investing and quickly got caught on the emotional rollercoaster of stock trading, where FOMO resulted in a lot of buying high and selling low. It wasn't the path to wealth; it was a path to stress.
Then I discovered the incredible world of real estate. I'm so grateful to the mentors and communities who opened my eyes to a whole new way of building wealth and developing a powerful mindset. I took what I learned and put it to work, scaling from a single condo to 13 units in just a couple of years. This journey taught me that becoming the authority of your "flow"—the current state and direction of your life—is the ultimate superpower. Now, my purpose is to pay it forward by equipping you with the same mindset, tools, and real estate strategies I've used to build my own legacy.
